Team Samurai confirmed and other nice news for KOF XV.

SNK has announced The King of Fighters XV downloadable content characters Haohmaru, Nakoruru, and Darli Dagger from Samurai Shodown. They will launch as “Team Samurai” this fall.

Terry Bogard from the Fatal Fury series, Kyo Kusanagi from The King of Fighters series, Ryo Sakazaki from the Art of Fighting series, and Haohmaru from the Samurai Shodown series will meet up in The King of Fighters XV for an all-out brawl.

SNK also announced that Season 2 of The King of Fighters XV will start in 2023. SNK favorites Shingo Yabuki and Kim Kaphwan are the first two confirmed characters, with cross-platform play support and more also planned.

As revealed in the new trailer, Team Samurai will consist of series icons Haohmaru and Nakoruru plus one of the popular additions from the 2019 entry in Darli Dagger.
