She is a very serious and strict high class member of nobility. Once she has decided to do something, she’ll do whatever it takes to get it done. Perhaps due to her upbringing, she doesn’t find it urgent to always keep her promised meetings with her teammates of lower stature. Though she is the one who invites them to her dwelling, she arrives tardy and usually denounces them within a few moments of their conversation.
She fondly thinks of Ash as her younger brother, but she has since prepared herself to stop him at any costs. Elisabeth finds condolence with her pleasant, elderly butler, as he is the only one near her who knows the details of her past with Ash.
The game will launch on March 17. The release will feature the game’s ver.2.50, which was an arcade balance update to the game that was never released on consoles, making the game the first release of the version outside of arcades.

In the Street Fighter Alpha games, Evil Ryu is cold and conceited and is obsessed with fighting in order to prove he is the strongest. In Super Street Fighter IV, he is a more demonic and murderous-driven being; while his anger is not mindless, he has purged all traces of his former honorable self and shows sociopathic traits even more so than the likes of M. Bison. He enjoys absolute power, and lacks any sort of empathy or respect, and despises what he perceives as weakness from all of humanity, such as love, family, justice and vengeance. He is also extremely brutal towards other fighters in general, especially to those that oppose him. Interestingly, his prefight and win quotes against Ken indicates that he still retains a minor degree of politeness to his former friend (as opposed to the brutal and vicious statements he makes to everyone else, including Gouken).
Evil Ryu also refers to himself as heartless and nothing more but a demon and will seek out and murder any opponent in a fight, regardless of their age and condition. He displays a very dangerous bloodlust, even borderline sadism and ritualistic belligerence that almost borders on cannibalism, as seen in many of his prefight and win quotes.
The event — which kicks off tomorrow, January 14 — will see the nefarious Evil Ryu appear as part of a time-limited Spirit Battle. Naturally, as one of the greatest and strongest fighters on the planet, Evil Ryu is rocking a four-star “Legendary” status, so Smash Bros. players will have to bring their A-game if they wish to topple the Satsui no Hado-infused master and claim his “spirit” for their collection — a spirit that surpasses even Akuma himself in terms of offensive capability.

Before being a killer, Kula is a child. While working for NESTS or for Diana and Foxy, she would not fail to kill anyone she finds unworthy. During her time with NESTS, her feelings were repressed, as she was portrayed as a cold girl executing her mission. She has since been defrosted into being more childish as of late.
Kula is trying hard to establish herself as a humane person, so people don’t look at her as if she is some kind of weapon, she doesn’t use her powers to full extent so she doesn’t kill anyone by accident, because she fears that it would make her go back to her previous ways, so she prefers close combat instead; Kula is usually worried about her foes upon defeating them at times.
Despite being this sweet innocent girl, she tends to have some anger management issues. They are mostly the results of people either talking down to her, underestimating her, or reminding her of her origins and calling her a weapon. She also gets angry whenever she sees flames.
One of only five magicians who exist in the world. Successor to the Fifth Magician. Overall, she is not considered a skilled magician. However, when it comes to “destructive” power, she is unrivaled in her talents. The sight of her raining down bullets like hot geysers has also given her the direct, yet rather tasteless nickname, “Magic Gunner.” Who she learned it from is unknown, but she is also familiar with martial arts, and has a battle style that could be considered a hybrid of those martial arts and magic.
She encountered Shiki on her travels. She gives him his glasses that suppress his Mystic Eyes, and teaches him the value of living things and how to handle things. For that reason, Shiki respects her and calls her his teacher. She’s a difficult person to pin down. She believes in justice, is unreliable, and a vagabond.
Dead Apostle Noel unleashes her spears (bells) to counter Ciel’s Black Keys as they rain down. As they enter a standoff, Dead Apostle Noel activates “Skewered Pork” and then her “Dazzling Echo” set technique to stop Ciel in her tracks!
Dead Apostle Noel: Battle Style
She restrains opponents with projectiles and traps, in a battle style evocative of a dancing butterfly.
Ciel: Battle Style
A well-balanced fighter with many different skills for different situations and opponents, able to move freely across the stage with a huge variety of attacks.
Maxima is very serious about duty and business. He is a very honorable man who suffered greatly when Rocky died. He sees K’ as a new Rocky and calls him “Aibou” (“Partner”). He usually has to apologize for his partner’s rudeness with a humble attitude. His mellow nature seems to belie his age, as several characters mistake him for being a few years older than he really is.
The Type-M fighting style probably created for (or by) Maxima focuses on striking, grappling and the use of Maxima’s weapons. Most of his attacks have autoguard, making Maxima capable of blocking when attacking. His style employs a combination of striking combinations and grappling. Some of his moves seem to be inspired by pro wrestling, with him being able to do a dropkick, a Mongolian chop, a bear hug/suplex combination and a somersault senton.
Maxima also has an array of built-in weapons, which he uses to increase his fighting ability. His main weapon is the M-4 Vapor Cannon, a steam-powered impact cannon which is designed to deliver powerful punches that can send an unprepared opponent flying. The Vapor Cannon may also negate projectiles thrown at Maxima. A variation of the cannon is the M19 Blitz Cannon, which Maxima uses as an anti-air move. He jumps (with or without his jets) towards an airborne opponent, places his right arm on the enemy and activates his arm cannon, which sends the opponent flying to the ground. Maxima also has a pair of built-in jets on his feet, which he can use to quickly move forward in a line, or to jump.
Maxima uses his feet propulsions and his body weight to great impact to create the Bunker Buster move. He propels himself upward and falls on his enemy, which creates a severe shockwave, capable of sending nearby, unprepared opponents flying skyward. His Maxima Revenger move, consists of him grabbing his opponent, hitting him with a knee and throwing him into the air. When he falls, Maxima concentrates all his strength in his head, and headbutts him once or repeatedly.
One of Maxima’s strongest weapons is the MX-II Final Cannon. The MX-II is a powerful energy gun originally capable of firing a big projectile of raw energy. Maxima has modified the cannon to create the MX-IIb version, that instead fires a potent laser beam. Maxima also has a built-in energy cannon on his chest, which is directly powered by the small-sized nuclear reactor inside him. This chest cannon is probably Maxima’s greatest weapon and strongest attack. With it, Maxima was, in the past, able to fire a short ranged, but powerful beam of pure energy. Now, Maxima’s chest cannon has increased in power tremendously. He is now able to use it to fire a gigantic blue energy beam, capable of leveling buildings and his opponents alike.
