Neco-Arc is a unique character that disrupts the battlefield with highly-random moves, using a wide variety of tricky moves in battles. Luck is key to victories for her, and she can use powerful moves or summon helpers when it’s on her side! Both her player and opponent will have to adapt to suddenly-shifting circumstances. She has limited reach, so it takes some ingenuity to land attacks on opponents. Battles will come down to playing the field as it becomes more lively with hordes of cats or attacks by her friends. Keep an eye out for her comedic moves, which include lots of humorous elements!

The embodiment of the true nature of the Burial Agency; a demon-killing executioner Ciel, outfitted to face the twenty-seven Dead Apostles and enemies in the same class, using the conceptual weapon “Seventh Holy Scripture” broken down into individual causes of death.
She makes constant use of the “Seventh Holy Scripture,” a millennium-class holy relic. While it drains an enormous amount of magical energy, it is a viable battle style for Ciel, who has the magical power of a hundred magi.
Her main attacks often use weaponry, in the style of “Blaze,” “Blade,” and “Break,” and her heavy armament features both brute force and magical enhancements.
Perhaps due to her specialization in destroying heretics, she is even more cold and unforgiving than usual.
An Acting Prelate of the Holy Church. A pretty boy with blonde hair and fair skin, Mario tends to dress casually. Although he may not appear so, he holds a position of great responsibility while still in his early teens.
He detests the inept and indolent, and often lashes out verbally, but he is also a compassionate, dutiful person at his core. His talents in assessing character and abilities, his skillful balancing of hard and soft power, his leadership and ability to use resources to control the game, and his fighting style using a Piano Machine to control nuns like marionettes, have all earned him the nickname “Mario the Puppeteer.”
Here is her character description, via the game’s official website:
One of only five magicians who exist in the world. Successor to the Fifth Magician. Overall, she is not considered a skilled magician. However, when it comes to “destructive” power, she is unrivaled in her talents. The sight of her raining down bullets like hot geysers has also given her the direct, yet rather tasteless nickname, “Magic Gunner.” Who she learned it from is unknown, but she is also familiar with martial arts, and has a battle style that could be considered a hybrid of those martial arts and magic.
She encountered Shiki on her travels. She gives him his glasses that suppress his Mystic Eyes, and teaches him the value of living things and how to handle things. For that reason, Shiki respects her and calls her his teacher. She’s a difficult person to pin down. She believes in justice, is unreliable, and a vagabond.
Dead Apostle Noel unleashes her spears (bells) to counter Ciel’s Black Keys as they rain down. As they enter a standoff, Dead Apostle Noel activates “Skewered Pork” and then her “Dazzling Echo” set technique to stop Ciel in her tracks!
Dead Apostle Noel: Battle Style
She restrains opponents with projectiles and traps, in a battle style evocative of a dancing butterfly.
Ciel: Battle Style
A well-balanced fighter with many different skills for different situations and opponents, able to move freely across the stage with a huge variety of attacks.
While normally unqualified to become a Dead Apostle due to lacking the potential, only reaching Rank II, Dr. Arach was able to artificially induce her transformation into a powerful Rank VI Dead Apostle. As a Dead Apostle, Noel can create large stakes that look more staves that she can throw as projectiles. These stakes can be chained together and used to attack a target with a large number of them at once. She can also summon large numbers of The Dead, often around fifty, to attack her opponents.
Upon being turned by Dr. Arach through the scientist’s experiments through her special drug Idea Replica, Noel also gained the Dead Apostle Ancestor Rita Rozay-en‘s Mystic Eyes of Roses, the world’s most beautiful, most unsightly Mystic Eyes; Rita’s Idea Blood. The eyes allows her create a telepathic connection between herself and her target, allowing her to either attack her target by projecting her traumatic memories into their minds or by sealing the victim’s mind within her own. When activated, her eyes turn to crimson and roses fill her target’s vision. However, as Noel’s Mystic Eyes of Roses are merely a replica of Rita’s, all Ciel needed was enough magical energy to deflect the eyes. It is implied that Dr. Arach’s procedure somehow granted Noel some of Rita Rozay-en’s other abilities, or those of a vampire from her lineage, as she also gains the power to sprout thorny vines from her person.
After having been mortally wounded by Ciel, Noel injects herself with the Idea Replica shot that Arach warned would kill her, causing her body to erupt into a storm of thorny vines that Noel tries to lunge into Ciel.
Better known as Arthur Pendragon and King Arthur, who is regarded as a male in history, she is the “Once and Future King” and a legendary hero of Britain known as the King of Knights. She wielded the sword from the stone, Caliburn, but it was eventually destroyed. She later obtained Excalibur and Avalon from the Lady of the Lake.
While Arthur is a hero well known as a model for knights, it is said that he actually existed as “Dux Bellorum”, the leader of War, and was a great general who led the twelve kings of Northern England, Gododdin, while preventing foreign invasion from forces such as the Scottish and the Picts. This identity of the real great leader behind the legend of King Arthur has many variations, and it is thought that there may have been two people who fit the description of the king. One is the full Briton Arthur, while the other is the Roman Artorius, and their two separate sets of accomplishments are said to have merged into the legend of King Arthur that is known in the present time.
